Geist Switched Outlet Level Monitoring

The Vertiv Geist Rack Transfer Switch VA7U2100 is a versatile rack power distribution unit (rPDU) with a transfer switch. It is a 16A/20A, 120V/208V/230V, single phase, switched outlet level monitored rack PDU with 10 NEMA 5-15R outlets and dual input NEMA 5-15P plugs providing 1.4kW in max power capacity. The RTS provides redundant power to single corded devices and helps ensure continuity in the event of power loss. It can quickly detect power loss on the main source and automatically switch it to the secondary source in 4 to 8 milliseconds. The Combination C13/C19 Outlets accommodate C14 and C20 plugs interchangeably, offering flexibility for ever-changing requirements The Interchangeable Monitoring Device provides unit level remote power monitoring. The enhanced intelligence also simplifies remote management of up to 100 rPDUs on a single IP address using the built-in Vertiv Intelligence Director.
